Welcome to Contivio 

Contivio is a multichannel contact center encompassing phone, email, fax, SMS, instant messaging, chat, voicemail and social communications in one place.

​Contivio's software is fully integrated with leading CRM and ERP applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, SugarCRM, Desk.com, Zendesk and Zoho, to provide transparency into your customer's details during a live call. Contivio also saves all communication (phones, chats, emails, etc.) as tasks, giving you a 360 degree view of your customer's history.
