The Contivio Work Assignments is a summary of the Queues and Media a user is assigned to. From this portlet, a user can see and manage their workload and communication channels.
Work Assignments is the ninth (9th) option in the Contivio.com Side Bar – directly below Voicemails. Within Work Assignments is the Queue and Media assignments corresponding to the assigned Screen Pop. It also indicates whether the Screen Pop is activated. The display is summarized as follows:
Queue and Media Assignments
A user can navigate to the Work Assignment portlet to manage their workload by selecting their Queue and Media assignments.
Work Assignments display five (5) pieces of information. From left to right, they are:
Administrators must grant users with the privilege of changing their Work Assignments from the Admin Portal. If you can’t change your Work Assignments, you don’t have access.
