Recent & Scheduled Calls

The Contivio Recent & Scheduled Calls tab shows your most recent calls or media, and the Scheduled calls you have coming up. To schedule a new call, click on the calendar icon and click on "New."

Recent Contact Logs

Contact Logs is the fourth option in the Contivio Side Bar – directly below Recent History.

Recent calls and contact numbers are displayed for all communication types and highlights four pieces of information: 
​     
  1. Media Direction (e.g., outbound)
  2. Media Type (e.g., voice call) - success indicator (e.g., red phone with warning means call failed)
  3. Contact (e.g., first and last name or caller ID)
  4. Date-time Stamp (e.g., mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss)

​Scheduled Calls

Scheduled calls can be set for any date and time, along with a message or note for the agent to serve a reminder to the agent. Once scheduled, a notification will pop to the agent, asking if they wish to proceed with the call. If accepted, the call will continue. Otherwise, if not accepted, the agent can perform a manual call back, or reschedule the call accordingly.
