It’s important to sign out when you’re finished using Contivio. This will make sure that no additional inbound media (e.g., calls, chats, emails, etc.) are routed to you. It will also make sure reporting metrics tracking your account and productivity remain accurate since user activity reports are an important aspect of contact center software.
Once signed out, the Client App will close down and/or the Chrome Extension will disengage. Signing out of one of them will sign the user out of both.
